Founded in 2013, the company is a domestic-funded limited liability company. It is a group-style enterprise integrating design, manufacturing, installation, sales, and technical services, dedicated to the research, development, and promotion of new technologies, products, and processes for petroleum drilling and production equipment.  

The company operates under a group structure, with production sites in Henan and Jiangsu, and six domestic and international sales branches. The total land area is over 150 mu, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters, a production area of 75,000 square meters, and over 500 employees.  

The group consists of three business segments: equipment manufacturing, oilfield engineering services, and marketing services. The equipment manufacturing subsidiaries are high-tech enterprises holding more than 50 patents (inventions, utility models) and software copyrights. The group's main businesses include **manufacturing, sales, and leasing of oil and gas equipment**, technical services for oil and gas equipment, and oilfield engineering services. It actively expands into related high-tech and high-value-added businesses, enjoying upstream and downstream integration advantages and forming a complete industrial chain covering "oilfield engineering services → oil and gas **equipment manufacturing →** sales and leasing of oil and gas equipment."  

**Equipment Manufacturing Segment**: The two major manufacturing bases in Nanyang, Henan, and Yancheng, Jiangsu, are equipped with advanced workshops and facilities, including riveting and welding, metal processing, surface cleaning, automatic shot blasting and rust removal, painting, assembly, material distribution, and testing processes. There is a 500-ton load test field, three drilling rig supporting sites, and over 100 sets of production and testing equipment such as dynamic balancing machines, 50-ton gantry cranes, large floor boring machines, automatic welding lines, and large CNC flame cutting machines, meeting the needs of product R&D, production inspection, and technical services.  

**Oilfield Engineering Services Segment**: Mainly covers integrated wellbore technical services such as drilling, cementing, drilling fluids, and directional drilling. Currently, the company operates 10 sets of various petroleum drilling rigs and over 20 special vehicles. The market is primarily concentrated in Russia, Central Asia, and the Middle East, with clients including **renowned oil companies and oilfield service companies** such as Saudi Aramco, Lukoil, Gazprom, Rosneft, Novatek, and Schlumberger.  

**Marketing Services Segment**: Boasts multiple experienced **professional sales and service teams** with **rich construction and operation service experience**. Domestic businesses focus on **major oilfields** such as Daqing Oilfield, Changqing Oilfield, Yanchang Gas Field, and Tarim Oilfield; overseas businesses are concentrated in Russia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. The group's annual turnover in 2024 exceeded 300 million RMB, with export business accounting for over 70%.  

The company has a complete quality assurance system, having passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO18000 management system certifications, as well as API 6A, 7K, 16C, 16A, 8C, and Q1 product technical specification certifications from the American Petroleum Institute. It holds a Special Equipment Manufacturing License (pressure pipeline components) issued by the People’s Republic of China, is recognized as the Nanyang Oil and Gas Drilling **Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center**, and has a **manufacturer identification code certificate**. It is also a first-level network supplier of petroleum drilling equipment and accessories for **China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC)**, **China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (Sinopec)**, and other major energy groups.  

The company’s leading products include six major series and over 80 varieties, such as petroleum workover rigs (1,000m~7,000m), electric workover top drives (120t~500t), mud circulation systems, wellhead blowout prevention systems, oilfield logging systems, and drilling automation systems. Products are exported to over 10 countries and regions including Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Indonesia, Colombia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Romania, Egypt, Tunisia, and Iran. The company has a complete after-sales service network, establishing multiple overseas branches and service stations to provide **fast and timely equipment maintenance, parts support, and staff training services**.
